  • Review of APS, Draft of all sale, transfer, discharge of mortgage, ensure mortgage balance is paid out and discharged from title, work with financial instituions (if necessary), complete real estate sale per the highest of standards and protocol, one appointment and one mortgage payout, etc.
  • disbursement charges include but not limited too; one mortgage payout, one certified cheque to client, bank charges, photocopies, postage, courier charges (caped at $100) and file storage

Drafting Documents: Preparing necessary legal documents for the new loan, including contracts and disclosure statements. Title Search and Insurance: Ensuring the property title is clear of issues that might impact refinancing, and arranging title insurance. Offering advice on the legal implications and benefits of various refinancing options. Representing the client during the closing process to ensure
